Thai Birdeye Chilli

We are first-generation Vietnamese immigrants, who come from a culture that understands how to eat well in a hurry. Pandan The inspiration for this restaurant originated from our lack of good food… fast. We first ran into this issue when we had full-time jobs and found it difficult to get diverse food quickly during our lunch breaks. With frustration combined with a passion for food (we like to eat!) we decided to quit our jobs and open a restaurant with a drive-thru concept to solve this issue, Pickled Carrots Daikons I guess, our own problem, in hopes that others feel the same way!
The restaurant’s name, N-gon (pronounced N Gone), is a fusion of the Vietnamese word for ‘delicious’ (i.e. ngon) and emphasis on speed (i.e. Go/Gone). Cilantro Drive thru. N-Gon. The decision was made in January 2021 to start the restaurant and we have been working at it ever since. Cucumber Not having stable income for the past two years has been quite a challenge, but we feel we made the right decision because we believe in the idea – and hopefully in the end it’ll be worth it.
We worked hard to ensure N-gon has the tastes and traditions of Vietnam, Hot Peppers while also understanding that our customers enjoy a modern, convenient experience. Think Asian food meets McDonalds, Dunkin Donuts, Starbucks, but with better quality ingredients… Thai Birdeye Chilli the world is moving faster than ever and we know you all have busy lives.
